PARE is a supportive community of HR managers and employees, where you can get the necessary tips for developing the quality of people management. We are the largest network of professionals in the field of HR and people management in Estonia.
PARE has more than 500 legal and private members, which brings together more than 2,000 people interested in personnel and management topics. The organization is largely based on enthusiasm - in addition to the 4-member executive team, 9 board members, 8 working groups and nearly 100 volunteers from all over Estonia contribute daily. In the PARE community, you will always find someone who has already solved similar issues in their organization or for whom your idea offers enough of a professional challenge to brainstorm together with you and search for solutions. At PARE, we learn and teach together, we hold the honor of the HR profession high.
PARE is a member of the Central Union of Employers and belongs to the EAPM of the European Personnel Management Association.
The PARE office is located in Tallin, Paldiski mnt 29. The PARE library is also located there, where you can find a variety of management literature. Come, step through!
